3. Sites control and access. the Homeopathy Action Trust reserves the right unilaterally in its sole discretion and without notice to alter or remove all or any part of the Site and/or to restrict access to it without prior notice.
4. Refunds on purchases. Any membership subscription purchased on the Site can be cancelled on request. Subscriptions paid annually will be cancelled with immediate effect, but the user will maintain access to membership benefits for the duration of the original paid subscription period. Subscriptions paid monthly will be cancelled with immediate effect, but users will maintain access to membership benefits only for the duration of the current month in which payments have been made. Membership subscriptions paid in advance will not be eligible for full or part refund.
5. Disclaimer and limitations (i). The information contained on the Site has been created or collated with reasonable skill and care. However, the Site, not withstanding the members’ area, are free access websites and accordingly it is a condition of access to and use of the Site that any access to, use of or reliance placed on the Site or any materials on it are at the user’s own and sole risk. (ii). The Homeopathy Action Trust offers and gives no representation or warranty as to the accuracy or suitability for any, or any particular, purpose of the Site or any of its contents. (iii).
